Dr. P. Priyadarsini is the Professor & Head of Management Studies at Tagore Engineering College, with 20 years of academic experience. She holds an MBA, MPhil, and MSc in Psychology. Dr. Priyadarsini serves as the Chief Coordinator of the ED Cell and President of IIC. Her areas of expertise include Emotional Intelligence, Behavioural Management, and Leadership. She is a member of the BOS at Anna University and several other reputed institutions. She has published 40 articles in Scopus-indexed journals and authored 7 books. Dr. Priyadarsini has received 4 patents and is an editor for Scopus and WOS journals. She has delivered guest lectures and received numerous awards, including:
